I am absolutely disappointed with the way some nail technicians at this location conduct business. I came in at 6:15 as a walk in. I was told by the front desk person that it would be 30-40 minutes and they take their last person at 7pm and they close at 8pm. I asked if I could just go to a place in the shopping center and come back around the time they’d be free and asked her to confirm I could be the last customer at 7pm. She confirmed. these nails look terrible, they have my fingers burning, uneven, chunky looking & I even started bleeding from one of my fingers🤦♀️looked nice so I had high expectations but I was very VERY disappointed.
Two week ago, was my first time here & Ruth took care of me. I was amazed, she did a very good job!!! So, I will be returning ♥️ Due for a fill in
If I could give zero stars, I would. I got these done for my birthday and was extremely disappointed. I did not ask for duck nails, yet that’s exactly what I ended up with. The shape was completely off from what I requested. The only redeeming quality was the color of the acrylic powder, everything else missed the mark.
Flavia did my acrylic nails, loved the shape. She was super nice and caring 🥰
