Mi experiencia en este edificio fatal , lugar donde su manager no hace su trabajo , jamás puedes verla porque nunca está , en 7 años que estuvimos allí nunca le dio mantenimiento al apto baños horribles con el terminado deplorable , el aire acondicionado lleno de moho y sucio , los pisos viejos la mueblería de la cocina y los equipos viejos , solo cambian filtros de aire , los elevadores siempre rotos , las lavadoras siempre rotas , y ojo cuando te vas te devuelve cero peso pues segun ella par gastos de limpieza y equipos en... read more
Tengo 4 años viviendo en este edificio y estoy muy satisfecho y contento. Margini administra muy bien la propiedad, considero que hace un trabajo exepcional porque siempre esta buscando la manera de mejorar las instalaciones, es muy profesional pero a la vez muy humana. Es un lugar tranquilo, seguro, limpio y organizado. Creo que todo esta bastante cuidado. Gracias.
The best thing is the view. I face South, you can see the planes take off and land. The location is ideal, especially if someone does not drive, we are in the middle of everything you could possibly want or need. Please be AWARE, this place is infested with mold. They do not fix the problem and only have the cleaning lady wipe it down. Ernesto is the best employee that they have here, very pleasant and delightful.
