First timer at this optometry office. Doctor Miller and his team have a very efficient - well oiled way of doing things. Dr Leslie Miller is an in-network provider for our insurance which pays for eye exam with a co-pay of $15 which is why we choose an appointment for today. However, upon arrival the doctor refused to do the eye exam and demanded that we pay to get an additional retinal eye procedure which requires dilation and out of pocket $45 expense not covered by insurance. I always have a great experience here. I really appreciate the extra time Dr. Miller spends to make sure my eyes are healthy and taken care of.
