Unfortunately the owner is very unprofessional. After a mishap at the location form the works (they cut down my nails after I grew them out for months, then said they wouldn’t charge me for the service but decide to charge me anyways). I made an appointment at this location not knowing the owner was the same. While I was in the middle of getting my nails done, the owner called and told their staff they were not allowed to service me. This is my neighborhood nail salon and they’ve always been good to me. I was feeling apprehensive after reading some of the recent negative reviews today, but I had another wonderful appointment. Lani is the sweetest. She treated me like her friend and gave me one of the best pedis of my life today. She is careful and gentle but with a lovely reflexology style massage. She helped me pick my color and it looks perfect :) Highly recommend a visit with Lani 🤍

Had a great first appointment with Tracy today! She was kind, quick and efficient. I came in with pinterest inspo and she absolutely delivered, I can’t wait for my next visit!
