Almost 2 hours, I had a check engine light on I run a scan and got code DB11 nox sensor, I told them that but I know they have to scan with their scanner, I also wanted tires rotated and 4 wheel drive serviced, all they did was run a scan on my truck I was in the lounge waiting and about 2 hours later they told needed a nox sensor, they said they could get it in afternoon so I could come back later I said I would have to reschedule because I had things planned. I set up an appointment to get an 02 sensor or box sensor replaced, according to scanner, I was also going to have them rotate the tires service the 4 wheel drive. I was there for a long time almost 2 hours just to be told that the part would not be available until the afternoon sometime I had things to do and they didn’t have a courtesy car. Best car purchase experience we've had. Wade was great to work with. We drove 2 hours to check out a car we found online. They had it brought over from their other location, so we could test drive it. It needed tires and an alignment and since we weren't local, they gave us the option of returning a day later after the repairs, or adjusting purchase price so we could take it that day and do the repairs locally. All the paperwork was complete, correct, and thoroughly explained. We will be a returning customer.
