Apartment was nice enough, good layout and high ceilings. Heat is included, which was a nice bonus. Water runs orange and tastes little dirt. I had to put filters on the faucets and the shower, some neighbors had water coolers. Complained multiple times, but plumbing was never fixed. Laundry was regularly a problem, machines would stop working mid-cycle and the company that's contracted to maintain them has yet to process a single refund despite 2yrs of documented issues. Spacious, very nice apartments. Very fair in terms of rent. Superintendent will do anything to help a tenant. Zero complaints.
