I am in Ontario and I was searching for a local florist to make a delivery in the Laval area. I called to ensure that they make their own deliveries, as I had extremely bad experiences with shops that use Bloomex for their deliveries. The lady on the phone was delightful and assured me that they take special care to make their own deliveries and follow-up if there are any issues. I paid $125 for nice bouquet with many white roses, but unfortunately didn't last even 24 hours, they keep old roses in the fridge, so when you bring them home they die after few hours. The service was good, but I don't really care about the service, I CARE ABOUT QUALITY OF PRODUCT. But roses from Walmart and Costco last one week.
Amazing service. Dimitri helped us pick some beautiful flowers. We came in closer to closing time and we were served with love! The tips he gave have helped us keep these beauties alive and well for over a week! Thank you for the wonderful service. Best flower shop in Laval!
