Was asking to try and understand pricing, the term she used when explaining why prices were higher now was “well, it’s a no brainer” in a very matter of fact way. I have a right as a consumer to understand pricing. No need to be rude to me. It feels like price gouging when florists raise higher prices on holidays. Similar to gasoline companies that raise their prices during the summer driving season. So I was trying to understand. I found her to be rude and arrogant. Would never order from here.
I was SO happy I found this flower store! A stunning little shop with high quality flowers and other little gifts. I bought two bouquets for my aunt and step mother and non of us had ever seen such a beautiful arrangement of greenery and florals. The owner was also a very helpful, kind and knowledgeable lady. When I visit next on the Sunshine Coast, I will be back for sure 🥰

I had called this place to have flowers sent to my aunt's funeral, and Deb went above and beyond for me! Thank you so much for making it so easy on me as I could not be there to do it myself. Highly recommend
