I went there because i was recommended by a friend. It was the worst job i have ever had. I complained then another girl came and got mad because i complained. She said i should explain better. When they were done i asked if i could come back to have them done right the next day and i was told no. That she doesnt know what i want and maybe i should get the stuff and do it myself. Loren DOES NOT know how to keep her previous, long-term customers happy and taken care of FIRST!! ALL she knows how to do is try to take in too many new customers at one time and completely disregard or respect her faithful, long-term customers that have been going there for 5+ years, when KIM opened the place. KIM was the magical, wonderful, talented, and amazing woman who started it all, but she had to move back to Cali, and sold the place to Loren. Loren is the best nail tech ever. It took me for ever to find a nail salon. They r not expensive and they do a beautiful job. I have been going to her for about 3 yrs. now. Loren is the best. I come from Nogales, AZ I'd have it no other way. U will b very happy satisfaction guaranteed.
