If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in for a simple trim, and I walked out looking like I lost a bet. The stylist clearly had no idea what they were doing—uneven layers, random chunks missing, and an overall disaster of a cut. I asked for a slight fade, and somehow, I ended up with what can only be described as a jagged mess.
