Terrific work
Very professional, and a fantastic result.
The salon has a category for "kid' cuts but the stylist, Julie, had absolutely no rapport with or interest in the experience for a 7 year old boy. She was rough, non-communicative and down right unpleasant. I do not recommend Julie or the salon (which had a general air of disinterest for incoming customers) for a positive experience for a child.
I'm not the reviewing kind, but I do feel inclined to share my love for this place. Masako is truly the best. Super attentive, learned how I like my hair, and it's been perfect every single time. The whole staff is so kind as well, and I always feel welcome when I come in. I used to dread haircuts and now I look forward to each visit <3
Really kind and listened. My kid is nervous about haircuts and Ray made him feel totally comfortable. Great cut and easy to style.
