Second Chances Sarah, I am very sorry you had this experience.... I go to Les Cheveux and they have a new Day Spa in a separate section of the mall. They are actually in the back by Weight Watchers. The experience there was wonderful!!! It was very quiet and peaceful.. maybe you should try them again and request to be in the day spa. The esthetician I had was wonderful. She made me feel so relaxed and my face still feels great!!!

Leslie Yesterday was my first experience at Le Cheveux in Roanoke. I live about an hour away in Lynchburg but after several bad haircuts, decided to give somewhere else a try. After a bad coloring experience my hair was terribly messed up. I had a darker blonde color covering the bottom portion of my hair and a much lighter color at the top. Les Cheveux - A Must Try Leslie accomplished a great up-do in about 40 minutes on a last minute request. She was great! Holly's facials are wonderful - she takes the time to examine my skin at the beginning of each appointment. While the mani/pedi area is high traffic and noisy sometimes, my treatments have been high quality by multiple nail techs. Their specials are great offers and change monthly. The front desk staff isn't always on the ball, but they are getting better.

world class After having a bad experience at Aveda on Franklin, I went to Leslie at Les Cheveux. She did a wonderful job of coloring, cutting, and using products to help my hair. Leslie is professional and eager to please.

I don't recommend their pedicure stations Their nail area was far from relaxing. Anyone needing to use the bathroom walked right in front of me. Not to mention the smell coming from it...

Reader of Negative Reviews Beware!!! As no Company is beyond a negative review here and there, this is not a means take up for Les Cheveux, but I believe some of the negative comments on this page are by a former disgruntled employee of Les Cheveux that was terminated!! I am a client of Roxanne's and she has never made anybody wait for 3 hours for anything, even if it means she does not take her lunches. She has never passed me over for a preferred client. awesome place They carry bumble and bumble and are so clean and professional. I have had some really bad cuts in the past and really appreciate the thoroughness that Brandy gives me there. I have fine hair and it can be hard to find a person to cut my hair well.

Joanne at Les Cheveaux is great. I've been getting haircuts from Joanne at Les Cheveaux for years. After various disappointments (and occasional disasters) at other places, it's great to have found a stylist I can stick with. She does a great job with curly hair, and she's also very pleasant. She's often booked up, so you may need to make an app't. a few days in advance.
