Les Chateaux Apartments is worst It was nice until the last apartment manager was there. But since new apartment manager took over this is the worst apartment in whole universe. I hope the owner will do something about it. One resident moved in on June 20th but still apartment manager charged whole months rent and even when they enter in to apartment it was smelling, leaking and not even touched for maintenance work after previous tenant left. One of the Nicer ones These are pretty nice apartments although the rent is somewhat high. They do have an onsite pool and laundry facilities. The grounds are well kept and my friend that lives there has never complained about the management. In the times that we have been over, there never seemed to be any problem with loudness. The only hospital in Selma is across the street, so if you lose your power during a storm, you are usally one of the first to get your juice turned back on.
