Everyone was professional and friendly to include Dr Herrold. I felt heard and cared for. Looking forward to my continued care at Le Bois Neurology.
I had been referred by my PA because I wasn't getting much help or guidance on my next steps from the Neurologist I saw initially. Dr. Herrold asked a lot of questions to get a clear idea of my history and listened to concerns that myself and my husband both had. He stated he was going to reach out to another doctor to get me referred to the most appropriate treatment for my disorder because it's not extremely common and needs treatment completed by someone very familiar with the disorder.
