These other reviews are kind of crazy - this is hands down the absolute best place I've ever lived. You’re right on the canal, the neighbour hood is quiet and calm, and maintenance team is friendly and so quick to resolve any issues. Every unit has laundry, and there aren't any pests. The units are completely soundproof as well, and parking is roomy. Highly recommend!
I would like to edit on what was previously a positive review. I went traveling and left my bike locked in my parking spot. My bike was then stolen because someone cut the lock, and at the same time that someone cut the lock, the cameras blacked out. This happened at 1 AM, and apparently, no one was seen on the other cameras leaving the building with a bike at around this time . This indicates it was an inside job. This place doesn’t not deserve these bad reviews only because of the former building manager. Pierre who currently manages both 5180&5182 buildings and who has been a maintenance worker for the last couple of years is simply amazing. He always responds and does everything on time. He’s polite and helpful. When my package got stolen, he found the thief in less than a day and I did everything necessary himself. I as well as many other tenants appreciate his work a lot!
