I had to cancel my appointment 3 days in advance as I was put on a last minute work trip next week. They asked to charge me $150 per HOUR for the cancellation even though I emailed them and told them in advance. Very rude and not understanding. Unheard of charging me hundreds of dollars just because I had work trip coming up. also was not told about this in advance either the fees just came up out of nowhere.
I am not quite sure who is writing the reviews here, as the one star reviews on Yelp are much much more reflective of my experience with this place and I regret I did not read them first. Please insist they confirm they are *in-network* with your insurance, as they might instead answer that they "accept your insurance" which is just one of the many curious ways they avoid clearly saying that they are out-of-network. I’ve been coming here for four years and am so SAD my new insurance considers them out of network. Dr. Huang was always so attentive, as were each of the dental hygienists. More recently I was seeing Dr. Grassi, who is also such a pleasure to see. They’re usually right on time for each of my appointments, but there were maybe a couple times I have had to wait for my appointment. One of those instances they actually gave me a $5 Starbucks gift card since I had been waiting about 15-20min - just above and beyond in every way! ... read more
