DO NOT go there with a group or make the reservations through one person. (Maybe it's under new management again) They have a very young and apparently inexperienced manager. I made reservations for 5 ladies to have a bachelorette party spa day. It was cute, at first, with the little make shift party room or otherwise called break room. They said it was so we didn't have to wait awkwardly in the front, which we waited and waited and waited. This is was one of the worst experiences ever. I had to wait 40 minutes, because the staff ware lousy and couldn't do their job. They didn't make anything like I wanted it. My hair looked so bad, like I was getting back from a thunderstorm!

I had seen this salon in passing while in Tower City, never gave it much thought. Recently a friend had told me it was under new management. On a whim I thought I would call and make an appointment. The woman who took my call was very kind and helpful, but most importantly patient! I had a million questions and each one was answered well and unhurried. When I got there for my appointment I was 25 minutes late but was still welcomed and didn't feel an animosity for my tardiness. It was a quick wash and they styled it perfectl... read more
