It is a health centre... u r coming here if u have to or need to see a doctor or nurse...

3 members of the family have tried to get different appointments. Been trying to call for the last 3 working days, just to wait on the line without anyone picking up the phone. When I finally got through after continuous tries and hours of waiting I've been told to try and call again tomorrow between 9-11. One of my family members did not get the appointment as they have lost the new patient form along with a copy of the ID.
