Troy manages this service center the way that they were run back in the 60’s.-90,s. CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS WAS, AND REMAINS THEIR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY HERE! They are great and willing to “go the extra mile” to make sure that I am happy and satisfied before I leave. Went in to have my sons vehicle checked for a transmission fluid leak. I was told the transmission cooler was "rusted through" and was going to cost me $995. It cost $89.37 for inspection. Second opinion found it was a leak occurring where one of the clamps was rusted and no longer holding the tube fitting tight. Response when I questioned Leroy's, "well I didn't inspect it and in 99% of the time it means the cooler is going soon and should be replaced"....hmmm. You be the judge but this is not transparency nor honesty...
Troy is very knowledgeable in diagnosing my vehicle issues. He is up front and honest. I really like that in a mechanic. I will definitely be using Leroys Auto Center in the future.
Went here to fill my propane after U-Haul said nobody could do it, everyone here was nice and helpful. It was also super quick!
