Doctor Butler properly diagnosed my ligament tear. He clearly explained the repair options, recovery time, expected outcomes, etc. I opted for surgery now versus down the road issues with hammer toe if I did not fix the repair. All was good until the surgery. Post surgery, I followed the recovery protocol (stay off my foot for weeks, gradual use, physical therapy) and waited for doctor release before resuming prior physical activities. Dr. Butler is an amazing surgeon, but his office is horrible at following up, answering calls, returning messages left by patients, or responding to their own provided texts in their SMS Messaging platform. I hope Dr. Butler can resolve this problem before it costs him more patients.
New patient of Dr. Butler. I was taken to the room quickly. However, at 12:10 I was STILL waiting for Dr. Butler (appointment was scheduled for 11:10). I COMPLETELY understand busy schedules, patients needing more time My 1 star is not for the long wait, it's from not receiving the courtesy of being checked on or informed. Please do better you guys. Just pop in and acknowledge your patient instead of placing us in a room and just leaving us. My time is just as valuable as yall's.
This review is overdue but I’m so fortunate I found Dr butler when I did! Suffered a lisfranc injury Feb 28th and due to his quick diagnosis and ability to fit me into his busy schedule I was in surgery a week later on March 6th. The healing process has been slow but I know this it out of Dr butlers control. He is a very skilled surgeon and I highly to anyone that finds themselves in a similar position one day 😭
I had some real issues with my left heel and Achilles tendon and I will tell you what Dr. Butler is by far the most talented and amazing surgeons I’ve ever had in my life!! Lord knows I’ve had plenty I am an orthopedic surgeons nightmare. I’ve had 10 surgeries all over my body, but this man I recommend him to everyone he is the best.
