Dr. Soetaert and the entire clinic provide exceptional care. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional, and you are always treated with respect and compassion. Dr. Soetaert takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. Fernie is truly fortunate to have such a dedicated doctor and an amazing clinic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding healthcare.
They don't answer their phones, their times aren't listed online, the information on the automated message is not discernable, and they offer 0 services on a Wednesday. In fact, there's only 1 other "walk-in" which is by bloody appointment only. Good luck if you need non-emeegency triage. What a joke!
