It is execellent for me. I have been living here for 10 years and just renewed my lease for another year! I love the staff in the office and maintenance is on point for fixing my apartament when needed. I like the safety here and the community
I can't complain Manger Bill Alway top off his Work. He even here in Holidays . Everytime we have problems he always there. Also when I go to rental office staff is very nice give Excellent care to there tenets.
I have lived in Springfield Square for about 5 years in two sets of apartments - I have lived in my current apartment for about 1 year. Lots of room, space, pet friendly, love the swimming pool. The only complaint I have about Springfield Square is that the trash compactor is too far a walk to get to and there needs to be a second or even third trash compactor on the property.
