The Worst place to Live in. No customer service at all, Way too many fees that they trick you, you will start with 1400 and end up paying 2100 every month. I would never recommend this place.
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone in this earth. Here is the list I gathered with in the year i lived in the location They have bad Maintenance people: you call them if they come ,they will try to argue with you about the problem you are having. They have bad Management: will never work with your situation and always bother you with regulation of balcony . we are charged close to $900 to replace the apartment carpet with our security deposit we didn't damage. I would not recommend Lerner Windmill Parc to anyone. The rent is high for what you get, and they are going down hill quickly. First off the maintenance people don’t care if they fix things or not unless it’s something easy but if it requires some work you can count on this taking a few weeks, they will come take a look tell you it’s fixed but then it just breaks again in a week. This place is a scam, they are trying to charge $800 claiming we left a spot stain in the carpet which is 100% false and refused to show us the apartment where we left this "stain" . We can't afford or will pay this ridicules fee. We will fight this till the end. It looks like they are making money of this things and looks like that is their main source of income.

RecommendedThe grounds are beautiful and the people are nice. Great location--overall I really love living here. Some apartments are nicer on the inside than others though, that's for sure.
I stayed at Lerner Spring from Apr 2019 to Apr 2020. I had made my biggest mistake to move to this apartment. The price seems to be very tempting.They seem to offer very low price but it is a big scam. They charge you fines by all means when you stay here and charge a very heavy price when you move out. They literally poured wet concrete in front of my garage... with NO NOTICE AND MY CAR BLOCKED INSIDE, causing me to miss work. This, in addition to loud drunks and fights in parking areas, marijuana smokers & auto fumes inside apartment from neighbors garage, water leaks left by delayed maintenance response....
