If you want someone who is going to fight for you and be on your side - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. My husband is left with a traumatic brain injury from being rear ended that is going to last the rest of his life. And Learner and **** only got us the insurance $ from the car insurance company. The instructed us to use our own insurance to get medical care and then we ended up with over $100 grand out of pocket just for his care. They close the case with $175 grand total. This one star is for the assistant who was always there to answer my questions. Besides that to say I was totally disappointed on how I was represented would be the understatement of the century!!! First and for most the only time I ever talked with the actual lawyer was when I was told that, in lack of for better terms, that they didn't feel their was a good reason to file a lawsuit and proceed. I should've went to Zanes law... With L&R once you become a client your treated poorly. I've had at least two different attorneys on my case and was told don't call me I'll call you. I keep all my emails and phone logs to show the truth. It's been 18 months and somehow were back to square one even though we had already signed releases for payment.
