called to take in my car, i was getting cut off and wasn’t able to ask my questions. i was just asking for their schedule or what could POSSIBLY be wrong with my car and wasn’t even able to finish asking my questions. when i was asking when was best to bring in they just hung up. very rude
Gave them a call first and ask if they could fix my driver's seat since it wasn't moving up or down but they told me to buy the whole seat instead. I went to another auto electric place and it was just the little motor that needed to be replaced. I think Lerma didn't want to work, 0 stars from me 👎
