Lereta, LLC provided outdated 1998 Flood Plane information to our mortgage lender which resulted in denial of our home equity loan. The FEMA Flood Certificate, which we paid for and received in 2012, was obviously not in their data base causing us considerable frustration and effort to overcome. They do not appear to be a reliable source of Flood Plane information for insurance companies or lending instituions.
