This family owned company has gone to the dogs since this new conglomerate took them over. Now you call someone in upstate NY, they have no idea what's going on. No one follows through on anything any longer. This will eventually be the death of this company. Find a locally owned and operated plumbing and heating company if you want decent service.
Charles took care of several plumbing issues at my home. Thankfully, all were able to be resolved quickly. Charles was patient and explained everything to me while he worked.
