The attendant at the Swainsboro location was the most unprofessional and rude individual I have ever come in contact with at a place where I am spending my money. Because of the way I was treated and spoken to today 1-16-2020, I will never patronize this establishment again. I will say after calling in my complaint, the young lady inquired what she could do to make it right. I thanked her but had made the decision of not returning. As long as this gentlemen is still employed here I would not recommend this location.

This is way better than he average automatic car wash! The pads that wash the car are thick and actually get it clean, unlike the spinning things at a gas station car wash.

Bad customer service.Machine damaged my vehicle and they are giving me a hard time fixing it. Will never go again!!!!
