My husband had ingrown toenail surgery here less than a month ago, and the procedure was not completed properly. The ingrown portion was left behind, and before the issue could even be resolved, the doctor retired. Now the office is attempting to charge us again just to correct the original surgical issue. We understand providers need to be paid, but patients should not have to pay twice for incomplete care — especially within weeks of the first procedure. My mother had a wonderful experience with Dr. lepow , very informative.
Nancy Maguire is the office manager. A very rude woman. Very un professional. Twice I had to deal with rude staff. Once on the phone and once with Nancy Maguire in person. I feel like if I wasn't a black man with tattoos and wears du rags on my head they would treat me with respect. These rich businesses like this don't value patients anymore. I'm never going back here again!!
My dad just went to pick up his diabetic shoes and they charged him $35. No service and no being seen by the doc. Do not go here! Avoid this place at all costs!
They don't seem to care, and always rushing you out!
