Ryan was fantastic! He was super thorough and patient, noticing every detail during the inspection. He even found tiny issues like a loose toilet and a leaking shower head, as well as some major safety issues. He explained the next steps to take clearly. Very friendly and efficient in creating the report, which was detailed and easy to understand. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely use him for any future home purchases.
