I have been coming to RH Dermatology for 40 years to see Dr. Lepine who has also treated my children and spouse. As Dr. Lepine has reduced his work schedule, I started seeing Sanaya Gandhi, MPAS,PA-C. Ms. Gandhi is attentive and caring who listened to my concerns. She has good attention to detail, and is knowledgeable about the latest treatments. I anticipate seeing her for many years in the future as she takes over my skin care.
As a new patient, I found Dr. Lepine to be professional and very thorough. I found him to have a pleasant manner, to listen to and answer all my questions completely, and to have a good sense of humor. Highly recommended!
I’ve been going to Dr Lepine since moving to SC 8 years ago from AZ. I’ve had all types of skin cancer including melanoma. Dr Lepine always does a thorough exam, patiently explains what he finds and answers any questions. I am very pleased with Dr Lepine and highly recommend him.

Been going to Dr. Lepine every year for skin check-up for 30+ years. Reasonably priced. Listens well. He also has cared for my children and husband for acne and other rashes. He helped a dear friend when he spotted a cancerous spot.
I love dr Lepine and easiness to see him when i need to. i have psoriasis. He is up in age and it shows but that is why i like im so much. Its esay to talk and ask him questions not rush rush.
DR.LEPINE & HIS ASSISTANT WERE VERY COMPASSIONATE,VERY GENTLE..VERY THOUGH OUT AND VERY INFORMATIVE..THEY MADE ME FEEL RELAXED AS I WAS VERY NERVOUS,ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS & EDUCATED ME ON DIFFERENCES OF FRECKLES..AGE SPOTS..MOLES CYSTS & TUMORS..I HAD A CYST REMOVED OFF MY FACE & SKIN CANCER REMOVED OFF MY TOE. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. IT'S HARD TO FIND A DOCTOR THAT TAKES THEIR TIME..SHOWS CONCERN AND NOT RUSH YOU OUT THE DOOR..AS I'VE EXPERIENCED IN PAST.GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE
