I can't say for myself if Dr Mendez or Dr Pena are good doctors. However I have been referred to them many times and heard nothing but good things about them. The only problem is getting through the guards also known as the office staff. I've made an appointment for times and they've always look four a reason to not let me see the doctors. They are not very friendly either. I even had trouble making the appointment by phone because I would call one day and make an appointment and then they would claim I didn't have one.
