Obtaining the unit worked fine, and the storage unit was decent quality, however, the process of ending the lease has been extremely frustrating. The lease website does not include an option to cancel, and getting in touch with them (by phone or otherwise) can be unreliable, even during stated business hours.
I have had to use many storage units in my life, this is the best place I've ever experience. Their customer service is the best you can ask for, they are incredibly respectful and will help you however you need. Specifically, Jacqueline is so wonderful. It's clean, gated so you know your unit is safe, you can use your own locks, and they are willing to work with you. Wonderful people. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Leo's, thank you Jacqueline.
