Never had a problem before, had someone take my saw in for a tune up today (filters,plug) before he could say anything the guy pulled the cord twice and told him "sorry we can't fix this but will give you $150 credit on a new saw". Problem is the saw is fine, we used it before we got there and after we left. Take it as you will.

I brought my saw to Leo's after home depot didn't know what to do with it and grand blanc outdoors charged me for them to tear it apart and say it was no good. I took it to Leo's in parts and they got it fixed within a few days for less then $160.00 while grand blanc outdoors told me it was around $700 in repairs. Leo's got the job done and I highly recommend them.
I agree with all the previous comments. First rate service. They are always willing to answer my questions and show me things that I don't know without ever making me feel ignorant! Great group of people!
Jake and Eric were very polite they felt my husband to new chains for his chainsaw will go back again
