He did the absolute bare minimum to remediate our bat problem by tucking a few strands of steel wool and an enzyme Based paint for droppings, $600. Still with bats a few days later, had to call another company who sealed our attic and roof and put in new roof vents, made one way doors and came back to remove the door and further seal that entry, ($1k). Since the second company we haven’t had a single bat and absolutely no signs of droppings either. Do not rely on Leo’s to fix a bat problem for you.
