RecommendedVery Professional and nice. Was knowledgeable and knew alot about bees and their nature. Left with a joke that their season is over so all they do is cause trouble. They find a pear tree with fermented pears and get drunk and be jerks. Got my hornet nest killed fast and mess free. 100% satisfied
