Usually a nice place but saw big fruit flies in the case with the bun things and on the fruit. Gross
Being in the Customer Service and Experience industry, I was completely blown away at the cleanliness, order and level of customer service provided today at my first visit to a Leo's Market and Eatery (Greenfield location). What one might call a gas or fuel station was NOT the experience I had today. Thanks to the team who provided me such a nice break from a long road trip. You definitely earned a future customer!
Extremely rude manager.
I have been coming to this Leos 5-6 days a week for over 5 years, since before covid, and i genuinely enjoyed the place. Today (Friday Jan 23rd ), however i will never set foot in nor spend money in any Leos again. The male manager came up to me as i was leaving and began to accuse me of being a thief. He had printed pictures of me at the new self serve till and claimed i never paid for drinks on two days, back to back. Stopped for fuel as the place looks brand new. Never been to Leo’s nor had I even Heard about it before Got the steak and blue cheese salad and it was super delicious Shout out to Kent! Super friendly guy great customer service Will definitely make this my stop when I come through Greenfield
