When our furnace went out on a Saturday morning, I saw the great reviews for Leo's and thought I would give them a try. Within no time, Art was here working away and had the issue diagnosed. A part was needed and being a Saturday, I was concerned we'd be freezing all weekend. But Art found the part and came back quickly and we had heat again! A true professional with exceptional customer service. And the price was far less than we expected. Thanks Leo's!

Art came out for furnace inspection said it failed hoping that he could upsell me into a new furnace said that my heat exchanger was cracked and the flame on my burner was not functioning properly. I had another company come out furnace passed no issues even had a camera scope the heat exchanger no cracks at all. They came out on short notice to give me a quote on a new furnace when mine went out, and came back promptly for the install. There was great communication from my technician through all steps of the process from getting the quote, to installing the unit. Our furnace broke down at around 11:30 PM. I called Leo’s heating and cooling and they were out within 20 minutes. Art provided amazing customer service!!!

Our furnace went out last night. We called Leo’s heating and cooling, and in the next two hours Art showed up and was very professional. He did a detailed diagnostic, and fixed it the same night. Great prices, great service. I highly recommend this company.
