Evaluation of Jose Leos' company Tile & Design Jose Leos, then a contractor for a larger company, installed a tile floor throughout our house in 2020 and did an excellent job. Earlier this year we hired Mr. Leos to upgrade much of our plumbing with newer and more reliable pipes. He appeared to be doing nice work on that project as well.
