Very disappointed in how you treated your customers tonight . Clientele is quite often senior citizens .......yet you locked one of your doors close to handicapped parking right close to the entrance . Many seniors were confused , had to to walk all around the building ( with canes or just had a hard time walking ) . Not to mention the locked door is where pick up orders are done so those people also parked there to get their order ......only to find out they had to walk all around to the other side as well !
