Ordered two burgers and fries online for lunch. Had to wait upwards of 20 minutes after my pickup time to get my food. What’s the point of ordering food for 11:30 if you gotta wait until 12. Wasted my whole lunch break! One of the burgers was missing all toppings when I asked for specific ones. Used to love this Leo’s. Seem like the new owners are letting it go bad.
The worst staff in history, threatened to spit in my food over a disagreement about them charging my card extra without authorization. Refused to give me the general manager/ owners name. Threatened to fight me and spit in my food and was “sick” of me. Mind you I don’t order here often at all. I will keep commenting and reporting them until they are reprimanded. Owner if you’re seeing this- contact me. They have my information but probably discarded it.
This place needs a makeover. Used to be nice but I don’t like eating in a restaurant with ripped seats covered with colored duct tape. Tacky! And the floor was all sticky when you walked. Gross. The omlet was the worst ever. Asked for an extra fourth egg and it was still paper thin. Literally flatter than a thin pancake. The server was good and that was the only decent thing about this place. Other Leo’s in Clarkston is good. Not this place. Won’t be back even though we live nearby.
