Horrible quality of food! Got 4 chicken strip dinners and paid almost $60 for dried out chicken amd soggy fries! Called to complain and ask for my money back when we returned the food and was told they can't refund my credit card??? Will NEVER go back to this establishment!! On top of all that, the guy at the register threatened my daughter, got belligerent and told her to never come back!! No worries about that and hopefully this Joe H loses his job!! How dare you 🤬
Spaghetti sauce was brown and gross. Waitress didn't come back to check on us. We had to call her over when she finally came somewhat into view. She did replace the spaghetti with another meal, so that was okay.
Ordered chicken strips and they were the worst chicken strips ever. Hard and not even real chicken. Like frozen fake chicken. Garbage waste of time and money!
Charlotte was amazing, great service. They do keep the building a tad to chilly tho, lol
