The lady got angry at me because she said I needed to renew my policy but I had just renewed it she almost hung up on me because she was so confused and overwhelmed probably just needs more time to learn the position but she was stressing me out giving all kinds of conflicting information, she literally started saying um if this is too confusing call another office before she changed her mind
