First time in a long time that I have gone to the doctor for something other than a wellness checkup. Dr Muniz listened and asked questions to understand. We came up with a path forward which I'm sure will resolve the issue.
I went for my preventive care screening. I had a question about my health during the screen. I was advised by Muniz that reviewing that question would require a 2nd office visit and not part of a annual of physical. I was concerned about a lump on my neck. I contacted my insurance post the visit, he was to review my concern at my initial visit as it's included with an annual visit check up.
Dr communication is clear and understandable. Goes into detail that I can understand thank you
