First of all, Donna is an absolute hoot to speak to. Had my brake pedal remain compressed at a green light. Then my brakes proceeded to sound like a 747 careening towards earth for the last 2 turns of my 3pm commute. Dropped my truck off at Leopold around 8pm, utilizing their drop-box.
