My mother lived at one of their properties on Cedar in LaMarque since 2008, never was late on rent, paid 2 months in advance. Now since her brother passed she had to move. She rcvd email stating she owed $450.00 for cleaning fee. This is where things get interesting..she paid a $900.00 deposit. The company didn't know she had copies since she is old. Once you move into the property good luck on reaching anyone at this offie. They don’t answer the phone, they give you number to text that they also will not respond to.
