My Window leaked and was literally separating from the building, maintenance man harasses and forces himself onto female tenants. High chance of police presence, multiple car break ins, domestic disturbances, homeless/meth addicts banging on residents front door. Door code is given to all of Baytown. Trash and litter fills the parking garage but is somehow picked up when the leasing company is touring an apartment. Stray cat infestation. Random fees each month. Had an appointment with Janet to go look at a rental property. Was sent a text to confirm my appointment a couple of hours prior. Sat at the property waiting for over 30 mins. She never answered the phone. After sitting outside waiting a man shows up and says he rented the house. She finally texted me 2 hours later after my appointment time and informed me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She obviously knew it was rented and no longer available as she did not show up for the appointment.
