You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and the properties they manage. No company is perfect, but what stands out to me is their willingness to listen, communicate, and work toward a solution. I definitely appreciate the team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a management company that cares about its residents and takes pride in what they do!

We lived in 102 Strand Street (Tradewinds Apartments) for a year while it was managed by another company without any problem. After the property was transferred to Leopold&Strahan, the fun started: Routine maintenance requests often took weeks to be addressed, if they were addressed properly at all. Meanwhile, many basic appliances (including the plumbing fixtures and garbage disposal) worked only intermittently. The HVAC system deserves special recognition. My mother lived at one of their properties on Cedar in LaMarque since 2008, never was late on rent, paid 2 months in advance. Now since her brother passed she had to move. She rcvd email stating she owed $450.00 for cleaning fee. This is where things get interesting..she paid a $900.00 deposit. The company didn't know she had copies since she is old. I mailed all information to them in Texas City twice. All of sudden the owner says through that girl in office..let's call it even since we cleaned up. They literally stole $450... read more
