My regular (non-Leopold) stylist is on sabbatical and I needed a cut so I gave this place a try--and at the end of the day, my hair looks fine and the overall experience felt good, but there were some issues I think my stylist here could have been more deliberate to avoid. My cut is a bald fade on the sides, and longer on top. I've been going to Leopold Men's Salon for several months now. Crystal has been my Barber since I started going there. I was looking for a full-service barber who takes the time to do a good job, not just a quick 10-minute haircut and kicks you out the door. I have been 100% satisfied with Crystal. She does a great job and pays attention to every detail! Love you, Crystal!

Recently moved to Madison area from out of state. Struggled to find a truly competent stylist and had some HORRIBLE experiences. In addition to impressive, deep technical skills, Crystal has done an excellent job building a business based on delivering high quality haircuts and other services and backing it up with solid customer service. I had booked an appointment for my boyfriend and, honestly, we were very disappointed. I clearly showed a reference picture and even explained in detail how the haircut should be—but the result was completely the opposite. I had high hopes after reading a random positive review and even waited over a month to get this appointment, but sadly, it wasn’t worth it at all.

Absolutely loved Leopold! I needed a last minute haircut for my wedding because my regular barber got Covid, and Leopold squeezed me in with only about 24 hour notice. The salon itself was beautiful and everyone was so incredibly welcoming and kind. Pacha cut my hair, and she was lovely, and the haircut itself was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be going back!
