Leon's Towing is a SHADY business This business is very shady. The office is filthy...grime everywhere and their business practices are shady! They are in cahoots with Lookout Ridge Apartments, where they have a tiny sign posted at the entrance (that isn't even visible) with no other signage posted througout the complex.
