The delivery went smoothly, the two gentlemen worked quickly, set up couch and took all packaging away, very happy.
I knew exactly what I needed. However, the in-store customer service was excellent and quick. The delivery was scheduled within a week of the purchase (delayed by my availability). The delivery staff were respectful, quick and efficient with removing the old appliances and setting the new ones into place. There was no mess left by them in the house. Overall very satisfied with the service from Leon's.
The only complaint about the delivery of our new fridge was that there was no way to confirm our request to have it delivered before the condo's refusal to accept after 4pm deliveries. We were told a window of time slots that went an hour being that so it was lucky that we could track them and see that there would be ample safety time and they arrived at 1:30, the beginning of the time slot they quoted.
