Today my husband and I went to Leon's North Bay to buy a sectional couch which Chelsea helped us with and then we went upstairs to buy a mattress and platform bed which Mark helped us with great customer service and knowledge about the products very happy will be back most definitely
I'll be honest, I fully intended to go to the store only to try out the beds, make some comparisons and then shop online. But the service the staff offered was excellent - not at all the experience I expected. Mark was helpful, being present when we needed him, and not clingy or pushy. He asked my wife and I some simple questions to identify what we were after, had us try a few selections, and gave us space to think and discuss. I have gone to Leon's several times now for both a new mattress and l sectional couch. Great prices compared to others in North Bay, good mix of high end and affordable furniture. Also excellent staff, that helpful in explaining differences and finding the right fit for you. Definitely coming back next time. Delivery was also quick and easy, luckily we live close. So each time we have had same day delivery as purchase. They even set up the couch and took the old mattress.
