Very easy and seamless process. Delivered two weeks ahead of schedule. That was a bonus!

I was told the delivery would be anytime between 12-6 , it was well past 6 by the time they got here .the tracker indicated they would be by 4:30 which was very confusing as I didn’t wan5 to be in the middle of supper when they arrived and the tracker kept Saying they were minutes away 2 hours before they showed up .The fellows were very efficient and very careful with the appliance so I do not have my issues with the actual delivery

Not all of my experience with Leons was poor. The salesman and delivery fellows were good. It is the office staff. I have had 2 deliveries in the past 6 months. As my home is not on Google maps, I gave the girl I spoke with specific instructions and had to repeat myself, of how to get to my home. The delivery driver on both deliveries had to call to ask directions. When I said I had given the office specific instructions, the fellow said none had been provided. So why did I bother to do that!

Both guys were friendly & very professional. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. They took all boxes and garbage with them. As it was raining they made every effort to ensure our furniture was dry.
