One couch was fine - the other, a pull out bed - was broken. Asking me to take pictures of "why" it won't pull out is akin to a vet asking for pictures of the outside of a horses' leg! Just send a technician! I can't pull on it and snap shots at the same time??
Excellent service at the Peterborough location - thank you Trisha Chirrey! Christina followed up with me by phone a couple of days before delivery to make sure they had all the correct directions. On the delivery day I received a call from the driver to say delivery window would be 2:45 to 5:45. The truck arrived at 2:52 and the two delivery persons couldn't have been better! Completely satisfied with the entire Leon experience.
Ordered online, received a phone call the next day to confirm order and delivery. Delivered on time with professional friendly service.
We called in our order by phone. The salesperson was very helpful and got our item on the next delivery date available. Delivery people were helpful and friendly. L2 Fridge is up and running.
